Deutsche Bundesanleihen begibt die Finanzagentur als Schatz (etwa zwei Jahre), Bobl (etwa fünf), Bund (zehn und dreißig) und inflationsindexierte Linien. Die 10-jährige Bundesanleihe ist die risikofreie Referenz des Euroraums; andere Euro-Souveräne handeln als Spread dazu.
Negative Bund-Renditen gab es in den 2010er-Jahren. Kupon ist nicht Rendite: ein Bund, gekauft bei 140, kann sicheres Kredit sein und dennoch eine schwache Halte-bis-Fälligkeit-Rendite liefern.
